Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
- Notification: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Tracking: Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes; a physical address is required for delivery - Australia wide
Delays and Issues
- Delays: Delivery estimates are guidelines, and delays may occur due to postal issues beyond our control.

Returns
Our products are handcrafted with care to ensure quality. Because of this, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, including photos of the item and packaging. Eligible items will be replaced or credited.
Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final, and non-defective items cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy includes personal-use items such as oils, herbs, and ritual tools, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges on defective items, please contact us at thehouseofsacerdos@outlook.com.au or visit us at Shop 9/103 Evans Street, Sunbury VIC during trading hours.
