- All balances must be settled no later than 21 days before the retreat date. Unpaid balances will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All payments are final, and refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
- If a participant is unable to attend, their booking may be transferred to another participant (must be over 18) no later than 14 days before the retreat.
- The House of Sacerdos will also attempt to fill the vacant spot from the waitlist, but this is not guaranteed.
- If a replacement is found (either by the participant or from the waitlist), a $50 administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 30 days.
- If no replacement is found, the booking will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
- If the retreat is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), all payments will be fully refunded within 30 days.
