The House of Sacerdos provides spiritual guidance, coaching, workshops, healings, readings, retreats (with additional terms upon registration), and the sale of handcrafted spiritual products.

• No Professional Advice: Jessie is not a licenced therapist, psychologist, medical, legal, or financial professional. All services are for personal enrichment and spiritual exploration only, and are not a substitute for professional advice or treatment.
• No Guarantees: No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed from any service or product.
• Personal Responsibility: By participating in any service or using any product, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Participation in any service, workshop, or retreat is voluntary and at your own risk. Please consult your healthcare provider before using any products or participating in activities, especially if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant. The House of Sacerdos is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use of products or participation in services.

3. Age Restrictions

• All services and products are intended for individuals aged 16 years and over.
• Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times when engaging with services or attending events (excluding retreats).
• Retreats: Participation in retreats is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and over.

By engaging with The House of Sacerdos, you confirm that you meet the relevant age requirements or are accompanied as required.

4. Right to Refuse Service

The House of Sacerdos reserves the right to refuse service, bookings, or sales to anyone at our sole discretion, including in cases of inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, or breach of these policies.

5. Code of Conduct

All clients and participants are expected to behave respectfully towards Jessie, staff, and other clients. Disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The House of Sacerdos and Jessie disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, claim, damage, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, products, website, or premises.
• All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The House of Sacerdos and Jessie from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or products, breach of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

7. Retreats & Events

Retreats and certain events are subject to additional terms and conditions, provided upon registration. By registering, you agree to those terms in addition to these general policies.

8. Use of Products

• All products are intended for personal, spiritual, or ritual use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Products are not for resale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All sales are final except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

9. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

• Orders are processed and shipped from Sunbury, VIC, Australia.
• Delivery times may vary and are outside our control once shipped.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• For any issues, contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages after dispatch, but will assist in resolving issues with the carrier.

10. Privacy & Data Security

• Personal information is collected only as necessary to provide services, process orders, manage bookings, and communicate with you.
• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• The premises may be monitored by audio and video surveillance for safety and security; footage is accessible only to authorised personnel or as required by law.
• Clients may record their own sessions at their own discretion; The House of Sacerdos does not record sessions.
• Reasonable steps are taken to protect your information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website—including text, images, logos, designs, and trade marks—are the property of The House of Sacerdos and protected by copyright law. Unauthorised use, copying, redistribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
