The House of Sacerdos offers spiritual guidance, coaching, ritual circles, workshops, and retreats, focusing on personal growth and self-exploration. Jessie is not a licensed therapist, and services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. All energy work is neutral and tailored to each participant’s experience. Services are for personal enrichment and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
2. Products
All products are handcrafted in-house with natural ingredients and are intended for ritual or spiritual use only—not as a substitute for professional healthcare or therapeutic treatment. All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for defective items (see Returns Policy below).
3. Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected is used solely to deliver and enhance our services, manage bookings, process payments, and communicate with you. We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Surveillance:
For safety and security, our premises are equipped with audio and video surveillance, accessible only to authorised personnel and used strictly for security purposes.
- Session Recordings:
Clients are welcome to record their own sessions for personal use. The House of Sacerdos does not record sessions.
4. Client Responsibilities
By participating in our services, you acknowledge responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes. Services and products must not be used to cause harm or for unlawful purposes.
5. Limitations of Liability
The House of Sacerdos provides services and products to enhance personal growth and spiritual insight but does not guarantee specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessie and The House of Sacerdos disclaim liability for outcomes arising from the use of services or products.
6. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By engaging with us, you consent to the jurisdiction of Victorian and Australian law.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
8. Force Majeure
The House of Sacerdos will not be held liable for failure to perform or delays in performance of any obligations under these Terms of Service if caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government regulations, or war).
